Similar to heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system, PFH fire extinguishing system is also divided into pipe network fire extinguishing system and prefabricated fire extinguishing system. The pipe network fire extinguishing system is mainly composed of fire extinguishing agent steel cylinder, drive cylinder, selector valve, collecting pipe, control pipeline, signal feedback device, leak detection device, pipeline, nozzle, etc. The fire extinguishing agent and high pressure nitrogen are stored in the steel cylinder. When the system starts to extinguish fire, the cylinder head valve and the selector valve are opened. The gas fire extinguishing agent is driven by high pressure gas through the pipeline, ejected from the nozzle, rapidly gasified, and extinguished through heat absorption and cooling. According to the number of protection zones, it can be divided into unit independent system and combined distribution system. Prefabricated fire extinguishing system is a fire extinguishing system with linkage control function, which is designed and assembled according to certain application conditions, such as extinguishing agent storage device and spraying components. Prefabricated fire extinguishing system, also known as cabinet gas fire extinguishing device, is composed of fire extinguishing agent cylinder, pipeline, nozzle, signal feedback component, leak detection component, drive component, etc.

Components

Pipe network Novec1230 fire suppression device is composed of the follow-up components: Novec1230 agent, Novec1230 cylinders, container valves, flexible hoses, liquid flow check valves, a set of manifold, a safety valve, pressure switch, nitrogen driving device(s), driving device frame, gas control pipe, gas flow check valves(it depends), selective valves(it depends), a pair of elbows and flanges, nozzles.If one set device needs to protect multiple protected zones, its composition is as above. However, if one set system just needs to protected single protected zone, the gas flow check valve and the selective valve should be got rid of from its composition.

As its name says, the single zone pipe network Novec1230 fire suppression system is suitable for a single protected zone, whose volume should be less than 3600 cubic meters as well as proportion should be less than 800 square meters.
